Data Removal Request
Ask BillingMart.com LLC to delete, copy or correct personal information about you, or appeal a decision we made on an earlier request.
1. Submit Your Request
Tell us what you want and exactly what it covers. Residents of states with their own privacy laws have the rights described in our US State Privacy Rights notices; everyone else may use this form too.
2. What Happens Next
- We email a confirmation link to the address you gave. The request is not processed until you open it, and it expires after 7 days.
- Once you confirm, we email you a reference number and the date we will respond by, which depends on your state's law.
- We verify your identity by matching your details against our records, and may ask for more information. We cannot act on a request we cannot verify.
- We respond by email, telling you what we did and, if we kept or could not act on anything, why.
3. What We May Keep
Some information must or may be kept even after a deletion request, as the law allows, for example to complete a transaction, keep financial, tax and payment records, prevent fraud, secure the service, comply with the law, or establish or defend legal claims. Data removed from live systems leaves our backups as they age out. Each state notice lists these exceptions.
4. Records Held for a Business
If a business that uses BillingMart bills you, your invoices, estimates, payments and receipts are that business's records, and BillingMart holds them on its behalf. We may pass a request about them to the business and tell you we have done so; the business decides how to answer it. Naming the business on the form helps us do that.
5. Other Ways to Reach Us
If you cannot use this form, use our Contact page and say it is a privacy request. This form is for privacy requests only; legal process, such as a subpoena, is not accepted through it.
6. General Terms
- The Terms of Service control. This page forms part of, and is governed by, the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy and the Acceptable Use Policy. If this page and the Terms of Service conflict, the Terms of Service control.
- No additional obligations. This page describes how BillingMart.com LLC ("BillingMart", "we", "us") operates. It does not create a contract, a warranty, a guarantee or any obligation beyond those in the Terms of Service and those that applicable law imposes, and nothing on it waives a right, defense, privilege or exemption available to BillingMart under the Terms of Service or the law.
- Disclaimers and limits apply. The warranty disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law (Delaware) and binding arbitration provisions of the Terms of Service apply to everything described here, to the fullest extent the law allows.
- No third-party beneficiaries. This page confers no rights or remedies on any person other than as applicable law requires.
- Changes. We may update this page at any time by posting a new version here; the "Last revised" date shows when it last changed. A change applies from when it is posted unless the law requires otherwise. Continued use of BillingMart after a change means you accept it.
- Severability. If any part of this page is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect, and the unenforceable part is limited to the minimum extent necessary.
- Questions. Use our Contact page. For a privacy request, use the Data Removal Request page.
