Your data, or somebody else’s
A question about what is stored, a request to have data deleted, or a report that someone reached a record they should not have. A customer can delete their own account and verified contacts from the portal without asking us.
Anything else
Billing, a bug, a business type that does not fit, or a question about whether BillingMart does something. A person reads it.
If you are looking for a bill
You are probably in the wrong place. A bill from a business that uses BillingMart lives in your own portal, and you reach it with the email address or phone number that business has for you.
