What the product stores: the businesses that use it, their invoices and payments, and the contacts those businesses hold for their customers. Card numbers are never stored — only the last four digits and the card type.

Customer contacts are verified before they reach anything, hashed in identifiers, and used for delivery and sign-in. Assistant connections are scoped and revocable by the workspace.

You can delete your account and verified contacts from the portal at any time; a business owner can delete a workspace, which is purged 30 days later. Invoices and receipts a business issued are its financial records and are kept for the period the law requires.
