What counts as a send

A send is one invoice reaching one customer. Drafts, edits, estimates, payments and PDF downloads are all free.

A draft never counts — the meter moves when an invoice is sent. The month boundary is your own workspace timezone, not ours.

At the cap, nothing is locked. Every invoice you have sent stays live and payable, drafts still save, estimates still go out and payments still record. Only new sends wait.

Questions about pricing

What counts towards my invoice send limit?

One send of one invoice. Drafts, edits, estimates, payments and PDF downloads are all free. A recurring schedule counts once, when it sends. The counter resets at the start of the month in your workspace timezone, not ours.

Can I change plan later?

Yes, in either direction. A change applies to new sends; nothing you have already sent is affected.

What are the card and bank processing fees?

Your merchant agreement sets them, separately from the plan price. BillingMart takes no cut of a payment on top.

How many team members can I have?

Starter: 2. Professional: 10. Business: unlimited. Your customers are not team members and are never counted — they reach their bills through a verified email address or phone number, not an account you create for them.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. The Starter plan is free and needs no card to sign up.
