How it works
Apply, share your link, earn
Three steps. The third one repeats every month.
Step 1
Apply
Tell us who you are and how you reach the businesses you work with. A person reviews every application, usually within two to three business days, and you sign the agreement electronically in the partner portal.
Step 2
Get your link
You receive a partner code and a sign-up link that carries it. Share the link, or register a client’s email in the portal or through the referral API before they sign up. Attribution is explicit: no cookies, no guesses.
Step 3
They pay, you earn
Every subscription payment BillingMart collects from a workspace you referred earns you the program’s rate on it. Commission is listed on a monthly statement and paid to the method you choose.

Who can join the partner program?
United States individuals and businesses, including existing BillingMart customers: bookkeepers, accountants, consultants, agencies, payment sales agents and anyone whose clients send invoices. Every application is reviewed by a person, and a partner never earns on a workspace they own, use or pay for themselves.
How is a referral attributed to me?
Explicitly, in one of two ways. Either the new workspace is created through your partner link, which carries your partner code into the sign-up, or you register the client’s email address in the partner portal or through the referral API before the workspace is created. There are no cookies and no last-touch guesses: attribution is decided when the workspace is created and recorded against it.
What counts as a qualifying payment?
A subscription fee for a paid plan that BillingMart actually collects from a referred workspace through its own web billing, net of refunds, chargebacks, credits, discounts, taxes and processing fees. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play, AI credit top-ups and other one-time purchases, free plans, trials and sandbox use do not count. A refund or chargeback reverses the matching commission.
When do I get paid?
Commission is credited when the payment is collected and listed on a monthly statement. Each line becomes payable after the hold period that follows the end of that month, and payable balances are paid monthly once they reach the minimum payout; a smaller balance rolls forward. The hold period and the minimum are shown on this page and in the agreement, read from the program’s current terms, and an itemized accounting comes with every payout.
How do I receive the money?
By bank transfer through Stripe Connect, where Stripe holds your bank details and tax reporting, or by a check or bank transfer that BillingMart records by hand. You choose in the partner portal and can change it later.
Do I need to provide a W-9?
Yes. A completed Form W-9 and a payout method are required before the first payout. BillingMart reports payments as the law requires, which may include a Form 1099-NEC when your annual payments reach the reporting threshold; for Stripe Connect payouts, Stripe handles that reporting.
What is not allowed?
Bidding on BillingMart’s name or marks in search or social advertising, coupon and deal sites, cookie stuffing or any technical trick to force an attribution, unsolicited commercial email, automated calls or texts without prior express written consent, bought leads, referring yourself or people connected to you, and any claim about BillingMart it has not published. Wherever you promote BillingMart you disclose that you earn a commission. The agreement lists the rules in full.
How long does approval take?
Usually two to three business days. When you are approved you receive an activation link, sign the agreement electronically in the partner portal, complete the tax form and choose a payout method, and your partner link is ready.
