Accessibility Statement

How BillingMart.com LLC works to make billingmart.com, the console, the customer portal and the payment pages usable by everyone, and how to get help if something is hard to use.

Last revised: October 2026•Version: 1.0

1. Our Commitment

We want people who use screen readers, screen magnifiers, voice control, keyboard-only navigation or other assistive technology to be able to send and pay invoices with BillingMart. Accessibility is part of how we design and build, and we keep working on it.

2. The Standard We Aim For

We aim for the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities. They are a goal we work toward, not a certification: we do not claim that every page meets every criterion at all times.

3. What We Do

  • Our colors come from one set of design tokens whose text and background pairs are tested automatically for WCAG 2.2 AA contrast, in both the light and the dark theme.
  • The site follows your device's light or dark setting, and all motion is switched off when your device asks for reduced motion.
  • Interactive elements show a visible focus indicator, can be reached and used from the keyboard, and are sized for touch (at least 40 pixels tall on the web).
  • Form fields have labels, errors are described in words next to the field they concern, and status is never shown by color alone.
  • Pages use headings, landmarks and lists so assistive technology can navigate them, and meaningful images have text alternatives.
  • Pages adapt to screen magnification and to phone, tablet and desktop widths.

4. Known Limitations and Third-Party Content

Some parts of BillingMart are provided by other companies and are outside our control, including card and bank entry fields supplied by payment processors, security checks such as reCAPTCHA, sign-in screens supplied by identity providers, and content a Business puts in its own invoices, estimates or emails. We do not warrant that third-party content meets the standard above. Where it creates a barrier, we will try to offer another way to complete the task.

Documents a Business sends you, such as invoice PDFs, are generated from the Business's own content, which BillingMart does not review.

5. Getting Help and Reporting a Problem

If any part of BillingMart is difficult for you to use, tell us through our Contact page and choose a purpose that fits, with the word "Accessibility" in your message. Please include the page address, what you were trying to do, and the device, browser and assistive technology you use.

We review every report and aim to reply within a reasonable time. If you are paying or reviewing an invoice, the Business that sent it can also give you the same information another way.

6. Nature of This Statement

This statement describes our goals and current practices. It is not a contract and does not create any warranty, guarantee or legal obligation beyond what applicable law requires. Our work toward the standard above does not admit that any law applies to BillingMart or that any page is inaccessible. We may change our practices and this statement at any time.

  • Disclaimers and limits apply. The warranty disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law (Delaware) and binding arbitration provisions of the Terms of Service apply to everything described here, to the fullest extent the law allows.

  • Changes. We may update this page at any time by posting a new version here; the "Last revised" date shows when it last changed. A change applies from when it is posted unless the law requires otherwise. Continued use of BillingMart after a change means you accept it.
