Nothing on this site is set for advertising, and nothing is shared with an advertising network. ## What we measure, and when We use Google Analytics on our website by default to understand visits; you can turn it off at any time from the cookie banner or the Cookies page. Unless you decline, the two cookies below are set and we can tell a returning visit from a new one. If you decline, analytics stops and stays off on later visits. We never send Google your name, email or account. There is no analytics on the customer portal or on any confirmation link. Our campaign landing pages and our pricing page also count views and button clicks on our own server, with no cookie and nothing stored on your device: your address is replaced by a keyed hash that lets us count a visitor once a day and is discarded after that day. On the pricing page a click is counted by plan, so we can see which plan people look at, and nothing else about you. The pay page at pay.billingmart.com carries no analytics at all. It is the surface a card number is typed into, and its content-security policy forbids the script outright — not as a setting, as a rule. It does load Google reCAPTCHA, to block automated abuse. ## The cookies themselves `_ga` · Google Analytics Tells one browser from another so a visit is not counted twice. Two years. `_ga_G-VPJHM3KE1W` · Google Analytics Holds the state of the current session. Two years. `bm.consent` · BillingMart Remembers the choice you made below, so you are not asked again. Stored in your browser, never sent to us. ## Security and payments Google reCAPTCHA (App Check) billingmart.com: the customer portal, and our forms when you use them; app., pay., admin. and marketing. when they open. Tells a person from an automated script. Google may store its own security cookies and a _GRECAPTCHA entry in your browser. __stripe_mid, __stripe_sid (Stripe) app.billingmart.com, only on the screens where you pay for a plan or buy AI credits. Fraud prevention by Stripe, which processes those payments. Stripe states that __stripe_mid lasts one year and __stripe_sid 30 minutes. ## Kept on your device Your theme and layout Light or dark, and whether menus are open (the console and apps). The email you typed to sign in Kept by the customer portal until you open the sign-in link we emailed, then removed. Your sign-in session Kept by our sign-in provider so you stay signed in. That you opened the partner earnings calculator (bm.partners.gate) Set on the partner page when you give your email to see the calculator, so the page does not ask again. The date only; never the address. A partner code you arrived with (bm.p) Kept for the tab by the sign-up pages when you arrive through a partner’s link, so the workspace you create is attributed to that partner. Removed once the workspace is created; never a cookie. ## Signing in When you sign in to the portal or the console, your browser also stores what is needed to keep you signed in. That is not analytics and is not optional — without it you would be signed out on every page — so it is not covered by the control here. ## Your choice Analytics are currently **on — the default until you turn it off**.
