# Scan it. Check it. File it.

The organizer turns a photo or PDF into a suggestion — this is a receipt for Metro Electrical, $1,240.00, for the Harbor Dental job — and waits for you to confirm before anything is filed.

## Add pages from anywhere

On the web, attach a photo or file in a conversation with the Agent. The phone apps are not out yet; their Capture tab takes pages from the document scanner, the camera, the photo library or Files.

Up to four pages per document; several documents at once.

In the phone apps, which are not out yet, photos are converted and downscaled on the device before upload.

PNG, JPEG, WebP or PDF, up to 5 MB each — the server refuses anything larger.

## It suggests what each one is

The organizer reads the pages and picks one of five kinds, with how sure it is and why.

Invoice, estimate, job, receipt or vendor bill — or “other”.

A confidence and a one-line reason, shown beside the suggestion.

The fields it read: number, dates, currency, the other party, a job reference, the lines and the total.

## It finds where it belongs

The server looks for the client, vendor or job the document names and offers them as candidates. It never picks one silently.

Clients by any contact on file, verified or not, or by name; vendors by name or email; open jobs by their label.

An invoice, estimate or bill number already on file is flagged as a possible duplicate.

A kind your plan does not include is refused when you file it, with the reason.

## You make the call

Nothing is filed until a person confirms. “File $1,240.00” does it in one step; “Change…” lets you pick the kind, the client and the total.

Invoices and estimates become drafts; a job gets a deposit or progress draft.

A receipt becomes an expense with the image attached; a bill is filed with the document.

The amount stored is the one you confirmed, not the one the model read.

## What it will not do

The organizer drafts. It does not send, pay or keep what you did not confirm.

A card number the organizer reads from paper is masked in what it stores, or the whole read is thrown away. The uploaded file is kept as sent until you confirm it or it is deleted.

Unconfirmed documents and their files are deleted after 7 days.

Instructions written inside a document are treated as text on the page, never as a request.
