The same account works in the console and on the web. ### Delete your account in the app From Account, after proving it is you again. A sole owner of a live workspace is asked to hand it over or delete the workspace first. ### Attested requests only The database accepts requests only from a genuine copy of the app, checked with App Attest. ### Assistant links open the app The short approval link an assistant gives you, on api.billingmart.com, opens that request in the app. An approval link in an email opens in the browser instead. Only the two ids in the link are read; a link cannot approve anything. Both apps ## For the business The owner’s side of the workspace, over the same functions the console calls. ### Home What is owed in each currency, how many invoices are overdue, and the latest activity. ### Invoices and estimates Under More. Filter, open, create from typed lines, send, record an offline payment, remind, void with a reason, reopen, and convert an accepted estimate. ### Clients Each client with their contacts and their invoices. ### Approvals Requests from connected assistants, with the server’s own summary and risk notes. Above a threshold you type the amount before Approve unlocks. ### Push for what needs you A notification opens that one request, or that one bill, in the right workspace — and only if you are staff there. ### Workspaces Switch between the workspaces you belong to. Both apps ## For the customer The same bills the web portal shows, for anyone whose email or phone a business has verified. ### Bills and payments Open bills first, what is due in each currency, and every payment made. ### Pay with a saved card One tap charges the balance the server computes. Pressing twice pays once. ### Autopay and saved methods Turn autopay on or off per schedule, with the consent wording shown in full. Remove a card. ### No card field in the app A new card is entered on the secure pay page in the browser, so card numbers never pass through the app. Both apps ## Capture: your paperwork, sorted Point the phone at a receipt, a vendor bill, a quote or a job sheet. The assistant reads it, says what it is and where it belongs, and you file it with one tap. ### Scan, snap or pick The document scanner, the camera, the photo library or Files. Up to four pages per document, and several documents in one go. ### It tells you what it is Each document is classified as an invoice, an estimate, a job, a receipt or a vendor bill, with how sure it is and a one-line reason. ### It reads the details Number, dates, currency, who it is from or for, the job it mentions, the lines and the total. ### It finds where it goes The matching client, vendor or job is offered as a choice, and a number already on file is flagged as a possible duplicate. ### You file it in one tap A receipt becomes an expense with the photo attached, a bill is filed with the document, and an invoice, estimate or job becomes a draft. “Change…” lets you pick the kind, client and total yourself. ### The Agent tab The BillingMart Agent on the phone: your conversations, approvals as sheets, attachments that go through the same classifier, and dictation on the device.
