### Identity bound to verified persons, not passwords

Traditional billing platforms force end clients to remember passwords for every separate vendor. We replace that overhead with verified contact routing.

In BillingMart, a customer is identified by their verified email address or mobile number. When a client authenticates via a secure magic link or SMS code, they can immediately view every invoice and receipt addressed to them across any vendor using the platform.

An unverified contact address can never sign in to the customer portal or see its bills. A pay link is separate: it is an unguessable link to one invoice, and anyone who holds it can see that invoice.
